Six Kurdish Prisoners Hamed Ahmadi, Sedigh Mohammadi, Seyed Hadi Hosseini, Kamal Mollai, Jamshid Dehghani and Jahangir Dehghani were executed on earlier morning of Wednesday 4 March, The father of Hamed Ahmadi has told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network.

Yesterday Tuesday 3 March , Six Kurdish prisoners charged with membership of a Salafi group and participation in armed conflicts were transferred to quarantine part at the Rajai Shahr Prison in the city of Karaj.

The prison’s special guards had took the six prisoners from Ward 4Hall 10 of Rajai Shahr Prison at 0700 local time on 3 March, according to a source from inside the prison.

“The special prison guards handcuffed each one of the six prisoners, blindfolded them and then forced every one of them into solitary confinement jails where prisoners are usually taken before their execution,” the prison source said.

According to a family member of the prisoners who wished to stay anonymous in this report, a Rajai Shahr Prisonofficial had contacted families of the prisoners at 1000 local time on 3 March , saying that their sons will be executed on 4 March ; therefore they can visit prisoners for the last time at 1600 local time. In night the family of six prisoner met them for 15 minutes for last time.
