The military-security forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have killed at least 104 Kurdish civilians, including 11 children, since the beginning of the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people after the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.

Of the 104 civilians, 41 were killed in West Azerbaijan province (13 in Mahabad, 12 in Bukan, eight in Piranshahr, four in Orumiyeh, three in Oshnavieh, one in Sardasht), 34 people in Kurdistan province (17 in Sanandaj, five in Saqqez, four in Divandarreh, three in Baneh, two in Kamyaran, two in Dehgolan, one in Marivan), 20 people in Kermanshah province (eight in Kermanshah, seven in Javanrud, three in Eslamabad-e-Gharb, one in Qasr-e Shirin, one in Salas-e Babajani), one person in Ilam province (Ilam), five people in Tehran province (four in Tehran, one in Varamin), one person in Razavi Khorasan province (one in Quchan), one person in Qazvin province (one in Qazvin) and one person in Alborz province (one in Karaj).

In addition, during this period, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched three military attacks on 28 September, 14 November and 21 November on the headquarters of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (KDPI), the Kurdistan Freedom Party (PAK) and the Komala of the Toilers of Kurdistan-Iran in the territory of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

In these attacks, 21 members of these parties and their families lost their lives.

The following are the names and details of the victims of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s aggression in this period, which are confirmed by the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) sources:

  1. Jabbar Farghizadeh, 36, was shot and killed by Iranian border forces near the village of Asnavi in Marivan, Kurdistan province, on 24 November.
  2. Shamal Khediri, 32, was shot by the IRGC forces during the popular protests in Mahabad, West Azerbaijan province, on 20 November. He died due to the severity of his injuries after being hospitalized for several days in Khomeini Hospital in Orumiyeh, West Azerbaijan province.
  3. Rebaz Salehivand, 21, was shot and killed by the IRGC forces on 22 November while he and a friend of his were riding a motorcycle.
  4. Kourosh Pazhakh, 27, was killed by military-security forces during public protests in the Elahieh neighbourhood of Kermanshah on 21 November.
  5. Esmail Gol-Anbar, who was from Javanrud, was killed by IRGC forces on 21 November during the public protests in Javanrud.
  6. Jawhar Fattahi, from Javanrud, was killed by IRGC forces on 21 November during popular protests in Javanrud.
  7. Jalal Aazami, from Javanrud, was killed by IRGC forces on 21 November during popular protests in Javanrud.
  8. Erfan Kakaei, a teacher from Javanrud, was shot dead by IRGC forces on 20 November during popular protests in Javanrud.
  9. Bahaeddin Veysi, 16, a child from Javanrud, was killed by IRGC forces on 20 November during the public protests in Javanrud.
  10. Mohsen Niyazi, 25, from Dehgolan, was killed by military-security forces on 20 November during the popular protests in Dehgolan.
  11. Taher Azizi was from Piranshahr. He was killed by military-security forces on 20 November during the popular protests in Piranshahr.
  12. Jalal Ghorbani, was killed by IRGC forces during the popular protests in Piranshahr on 20 November.
  13. Soleiman Shokri was severely injured in the head by the shooting of military-security forces on 17 November, during the Bukan public protests. He died three days later on 20 November in a hospital in Orumiyeh.
  14. Karvan Ghader Shokri, 16, was from Piranshahr. He was injured in Piranshahr on 19 November and died in the hospital a day later.
  15. Hossein Abd-Panah, an elderly civilian from Sanandaj, was killed by security forces on 19 November during the attack of military-security forces on the Baharan neighbourhood in Sanandaj.
  16. Habibollah Fathi, from Divandarreh, was killed by military-security forces during the public protests in Divandarreh on 19 November.
  17. Foad Savari was from Divandarreh. He was killed by military-security forces during the public protests in Divandarreh on 19 November.
  18. Omid Hassani, 20, was from Sanandaj. He was detained by the police forces on 17 November between Mohammadi Square and the passenger terminal of this city, while returning from the 40th ceremony for the victims of Sanandaj, and was taken to the detention centre in Davazdah-e-Farvardin Square. That same night, police officers took him unconscious to Tohid Hospital in Sanandaj. He died after one night due to severe injuries caused by baton blows and cerebral and internal bleeding.
  19. Shahriar Mohammadi was from Bukan. He was wounded by the shooting of military-security forces during the popular protests of Bukan on 18 November and died after being transferred to the hospital of this city due to the severity of his injuries.
  20. Kamal Ahmadpour was from Mahabad. He was killed by military-security forces on 18 November during the popular protests in Mahabad.
  21. Mohammad Ahmadi Gagesh, 43, was from Mahabad. He was killed by IRGC forces on 18 November during the popular protests in Mahabad.
  22. Amir Farasati Shad was killed by military-security forces during the popular protests in Piranshahr on 18 November.
  23. Mehran Rahmani was from Mahabad. He was wounded by security forces on 17 November during the popular protests in Mahabad. He died on 18 November after being transferred to Orumiyeh hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
  24. Milad Maroufi, a 23-year-old athlete, was injured by military-security forces during the popular protests in Bukan on 17 November. He lost his life on 18 November at hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
  25. Aram Habibi was from Sanandaj. He was shot and killed by plainclothes forces after celebrating the 40th anniversary of the deaths of four people in Sanandaj on 17 November.
  26. Shaho Bahmani, who was from Sanandaj, was shot dead by military-security forces on 17 November after holding the 40th ceremony of Sanandaj.
  27. Abdolrahman Bakhtiari, 66, was a retired teacher from Mahabad. On 17 November during public protests in Saadi Mahabad Street, government uniformed forces shot at his car and shot him in the head.
  28. Azad Hosseinpouri was killed by the Basij forces of the IRGC during the popular protests in Mahabad on 17 November.
  29. Mostafa Shabani, 44, was a mentally disabled civilian from Bukan. He was shot by counter-insurgency forces from a few meters away while sitting in front of the door of his house during the Bukan public protests on 17 November and died after being sent to the hospital.
  30. Ghafour Mowloudi was from Bukan. He was killed by military-security forces on 17 November during the Bukan public protests.
  31. Hazhar Mam-Khosravi was from Bukan. He was killed by military-security forces on 17 November during the Bukan public protests.
  32. Hiva Jan Jan was from Bukan. He was killed by military-security forces on 17 November during the Bukan public protests.
  33. Amjad Enayati was from Bukan. He was killed by military-security forces on 17 November during the Bukan public protests.
  34. Aso Ghaderi, 22, was from Sardasht. He was killed by military-security forces on 17 November during the Baneh public protests. He had gone to Baneh to visit his grandmother and was directly shot by the security forces in his car.
  35. Farhad Khosravi, 38, was from Kermanshah. He was shot and killed by IRGC forces in a car in one of the streets of Sanandaj on 16 November.
  36. Salar Mojaver, 30, who was from Bukan, was killed on 16 November during popular protests in the Mirabad neighbourhood of Bukan by the shooting of military-security forces.
  37. Mohammad Hasanzadeh, 28, was from Bukan. He was stabbed to death by Basij forces of the IRGC during popular protests in Bukan on 16 November.
  38. As’ad Rahimi, 30, was from Bukan. He was killed by military-security forces on 16 November during the Bukan public protests.
  39. Danyal Pabandi, 17, was from Saqqez. He was killed by military-security forces on 16 November during the public protests in Karimabad neighbourhood of Saqqez.
  40. Borhan Karami, 32, was from Kamyaran. He was killed by military-security forces on 16 November during a public gathering in front of Foad Mohammadi’s family home in Kamyaran.
  41. Foad Mohammadi, 38, who was from Kamyaran and the father of two children, was shot by IRGC forces on 15 November during public protests in Kamyaran and died after being transferred to Sina Hospital.
  42. Zanyar Allahmoradi, 26, was from Sanandaj. He was shot by military-security forces from a close range on 15 November during public protests in the Kani Kuzaleh neighbourhood of Sanandaj and died an hour after being transferred to Tohid Hospital due to severe injuries and internal bleeding.
  43. Isa Beiglari, 39, was from Sanandaj. He was killed on 15 November during public protests around Sanandaj Kurdistan University by direct fire from government military-security forces.
  44. Saman Ghaderbeigi was from Bukan. He was shot by security forces during popular protests in Bukan on 15 November. A day after being sent to a medical centre in Orumiyeh, due to the severity of his injuries.
  45. Saman Rahmani, 26, was from Takab and a resident of Tehran. He was identified by the security agents while writing slogans in one of the streets of Tehran on 12 November and was killed by baton blows to his head during his arrest. In order to receive his body, Rahmani’s family was forced to sign a written commitment not to inform the media about the death of their son. His body was buried in Takab without a public ceremony and under strict security measures.
  46. Hemin Hamzeh, 30 years old and father of two children, was killed by a bullet in his chest in a raid by border forces of Sardasht on the Boyuran village in Sardasht on 11 November.
  47. Ardalan Ghassemi, 48, was from Gilan-e Gharb. He was shot dead by military-security forces while writing slogans on Tagh-e Bostan Boulevard in Kermanshah on 10 November. The officers took him to the Taleghani Hospital in Kermanshah due to heavy bleeding, but they did not allow him to be operated on immediately. He passed away after a few hours. The security agencies received 16 million Iranian Tomans – nearly 500 USD – from the family in exchange for the return of Ghassemi’s body to his family. Also, the family was forced to sign a document stating that Ghassemi was shot by police officers while stealing a car.
  48. Nasrin Ghaderi, who was from Marivan and a resident of Tehran, was killed with a baton during popular protests in Tehran. Ghaderi’s body was buried at night in Marivan under strict security measures on 5 November. Her father said, under the pressure of the security agencies, that the cause of his daughter’s death was a “fever seizure”.
  49. Momen Zand-Karimi, 18, was from Sanandaj. He was killed by military-security forces on 2 November during public protests held at the Golshan intersection of the city. He was shot from close range and from behind with a shotgun. The security agents forced his family to bury their son’s body at night in the village of Machekeh.
  50. Komar Daroftadeh, 16, was from Piranshahr. He was shot dead by military-security forces on 29 October during public protests in Piranshahr.
  51. Dastan Rasoul, 31, was a civilian from the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. On 28 October, he was shot dead by IRGC forces on the border when he and another group of relatives of Motalleb Saeid Peyro were going from Iraqi Kurdistan to the Choman village in Baneh to participate in his funeral. Two other civilians from Iraqi Kurdistan were also injured as a result of the shooting.
  52. Motalleb Saeid Peyro, 40, was from Baneh. He was shot and killed by anti-riot and Basij forces on 27 October during popular protests in Baneh on the 40th day of the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
  53. Esmaeil (Simko) Mowloudi, 35, was from Mahabad. He was shot and killed by military-security forces on 27 October during popular protests in Mahabad on the 40th day of the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
  54. Kobra Sheikheh, 52, from Mahabad. She was shot and killed by military-security forces on 27 October during popular protests in Mahabad on the 40th day of the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
  55. Zanyar Aboubakri was a resident of Mahabad. He was shot and killed by military-security forces on 27 October during popular protests in Mahabad on the 40th day of the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
  56. Shaho Khezri was a resident of Mahabad. He was shot and killed by military-security forces on 27 October during popular protests in Mahabad on the 40th day of the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
  57. Mohammad Shariati was from Sanandaj. He was shot and killed by military-security forces on 27 October during popular protests in Sanandaj on the 40th day of the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
  58. Fereshteh Ahmadi, 32, was from Mahabad and a mother of two children. She was shot and killed by the military-security forces on 27 October during the protests in the city while she was on the roof of her house.
  59. Masoud Ahmadzadeh was a resident of Mahabad. He was injured by the shooting of military-security forces on 27 October during popular protests in the city. He died a day later due to the severity of his injuries.
  60. Fereydoun Faraji, 28, was from Saqqez. He was shot and killed by military-security forces on 27 October during popular protests in Saqqez on the 40th day of the government’s murder of Zhina Mahsa Amini.
  61. Hamid Goli, 46, was from Sanandaj. He was killed by military-security forces during public protests in Tehran on 27 October.
  62. Afshin Asham, 28, was from Sorkhak-e Sanjabi village. He was killed by military-security forces on 26 October during popular protests in the city of Qasr-e Shirin.
  63. Sarina Saedi, 16, was from Sanandaj. She was severely injured by baton blows from the military-security forces during the evening protests in the city’s Naysar neighbourhood on 26 October. The child was taken to Towhid Hospital in Sanandaj the next morning but died a few hours later due to the severity of her injuries. Her body was buried in Behesht-e Mohammadi cemetery in Sanandaj in the presence of only several members of her family at 02:00 local time on 28 October. Although during a forced appearance due to the pressure and threat of the security institutions on the state media in the Kurdistan province Saedi’s father stated the cause of his daughter’s death to be excessive use of drugs, in the following days, the mother and other family members denied this claim and forced confessions.
  64. Mohammad Lotfollahi was a resident of Sanandaj. He was injured and arrested by the military-security forces during the popular protests on 26 October. While he was severely injured, IRGC forces took him to an undisclosed location in a van. On the morning of 27 October, the civilian was buried with the participation of some of his family members while the security forces were also present.
  65. Alireza Hosseini was from Kermanshah and a resident of Tehran. He was killed on the evening of 19 October in a raid by security forces on his home in Tehran. The house, which was the residence of a number of migrant workers in Tehran, was raided on the suspicion of their participation in the protests and with the intention of arresting these people.
  66. Sina Naderi, 23, was from Kermanshah. He was killed on 12 October during public protests in the Darreh Drezh neighbourhood of Kermanshah after being shot by IRGC agents and hit by two war bullets.
  67. Armin Sayadi, 18, was from Dalahu and a resident of Kermanshah. He was shot by IRGC forces on 12 October during popular protests in the Darreh Drezh neighbourhood (Mahdiyeh) while he was driving in a private car. Two other passengers in the car were shot and severely injured and were taken to the hospital.
  68. Aziz Moradi, from Sanandaj, was shot and killed by the military-security forces during popular protests in the city’s Naysar neighbourhood on 12 October.
  69. Kamal Feqhi, from Bukan, was shot by military-security forces while on the roof of his house during the popular protests in the city on 12 October. He passed away after being taken to the hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
  70. Ramin Karami, 31, was from Sarpol-e Zahab and a resident of Kermanshah. He was shot by the military-security forces on 12 October during popular protests in the city. His family was informed of his death eight days later.
  71. Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini, from Saqqez, was run over by an anti-riot vehicle on 12 October during the public protests in the Mehr-e Kouhdasht neighbourhood in Saqqez after he objected to the anti-riot forces destroying civilian vehicles. Eyewitnesses say that the anti-riot vehicle ran over his body for a second time to ensure that he was killed. Due to the pressure of the security agencies, his family stated that he had died in an accident.
  72. Ramin Fatehi, 49, was from Sanandaj. He was arrested by the security forces along with his brother Wrya Fatehi on 12 October. Rad Fatehi, his sister, was also arrested a day later. On 21 October, the office of the Ministry of Intelligence in Sanandaj summoned the family of Fatehi and informed them that he had committed suicide and lost his life in the detention centre of the ministry. The family and brother of Ramin Fatehi denied the intelligence ministry’s allegations, saying his brother was killed under torture. On the evening of 21 October, the body of the Kurdish civilian was secretly buried, without the presence of family members, in the Behesht-e Mohammadi cemetery in Sanandaj. Only one of his relatives was present to identify his body.
  73. Arin Moridi was from Salas-e Babajani, Kermanshah province. He was wounded by security forces on 9 October during the protests in the city. He died the next day due to the severity of his injuries in a medical centre in Kermanshah.
  74. Peyman Menbari, 25, was from Sanandaj. He was shot and killed by plainclothes officers on 8 October during the protests in the city.
  75. Dariush Alizadeh was from Sanandaj. He was shot by the security forces during the protests on Sirous Street on 8 October.
  76. Mohammad Amini, 33, was from Sanandaj. He was shot by security forces from a close range during protests in the city on the night of 8 October.
  77. Yahya Rahimi, 31, was from Sanandaj. He was shot with a shotgun by plainclothes forces on 8 October over honking his car’s horn while he was driving on Taj Street.
  78. Nima Shafaghdoust, 16, was from Orumiyeh. He was severely injured by dozens of shotgun shots fired by anti-riot forces during the protests in the city. The body of this child was handed over to his family on 5 October at Khomeini Hospital in Orumiyeh.
  79. Mokhtar Ahmadi was from Marivan. He was killed by Iranian armed forces on 1 October during the protests in this city.
  80. Esmaeil Dezvar, from Saqqez, was arrested on 28 September during the popular protests in the city and his body was taken to the city hospital on 10 October. The family of the Kurdish civilian, under the pressure of the security institutions, stated the cause of their child’s death was a “traffic accident”.
  81. Ali Mozaffari, a 17-year-old Kurdish civilian from Quchan in Razavi Khorasan province. He was shot by anti-riot forces at close range during the popular protests in the city on 22 September. While he was injured, he was severely beaten by some plainclothes officers. He was taken to the hospital by his friends but died after a few hours due to heavy bleeding.
  82. Danesh Rahnema, 25, was from the Balu village of Orumiyeh. He was killed by Basij forces on 21 September during the protests held in his village.
  83. Abdollah Mahmudpour, 16, was from the Balu village of Orumiyeh. He was killed by Basij forces on 21 September during the protests held in his village.
  84. Amin Marefat, 16, was from Oshnavieh. He was killed by anti-riot forces on 21 September during protests in this city.
  85. Milan Haghigi, 21, was from Oshnavieh. He was killed by anti-riot forces on 21 September during protests in this city.
  86. Sadraddin Litani, 27, was from Piranshahr. He was killed by anti-riot forces on 21 September during protests in this city.
  87. Mohsen Gheysari, 25, was from Ilam. He was killed by anti-riot forces on the Taleghani Street of Ilam on 21 September.
  88. Amir Ali Fouladi (Anushirvan) was from Eslamabad-e Gharb. He was killed by the armed forces near the governorate building of Eslamabad-e Gharb on 21 September.
  89. Saeid Mohammadi, 25, was from Eslamabad-e Gharb. He was killed by the armed forces near the governorate building of Eslamabad-e Gharb on 21 September.
  90. Iman Mohammadi, 22, was from Eslamabad-e Gharb. He was killed by the armed forces near the governorate building of Eslamabad-e Gharb on 21 September.
  91. Amir Hossein Basati, 16, was from Kermanshah. He was shot from a distance of a few meters and killed by anti-riot forces in Kermanshah on 21 September.
  92. Mohammad Zarei was a civilian from Sonqor in Kermanshah province and was a resident of Qarchak-e Varamin. He was shot dead by armed forces on 21 September during the protests held in the Bagherabad neighbourhood of Qarchak-e Varamin.
  93. Alireza Fathi, 22, was from Sonqor in Kermanshah province. He was killed by security forces on 21 September in Alvand industrial town in Qazvin.
  94. Rouzbeh Khademian, 32, was from Sonqor in Kermanshah province and a resident of Karaj. He was killed by security forces on 21 September during the protests held in Karaj.
  95. Abdolsalam Ghader Galvani, 32, was from Oshnavieh. He was shot by Iranian armed forces during the recent public protests on 21 September. He died on 26 September due to the severity of his injuries at Khomeini Hospital in Orumiyeh.
  96. Minou Majidi, 63, was the mother of three children and came from Kermanshah. She was killed by anti-riot forces on Nobahar Street in this city on 20 September.
  97. Reza Shahparnia, 23, was from Kermanshah. He was shot at by anti-riot forces in Kermanshah on 20 September. Dozens of shotgun shots hit his body and a bullet hit his heart. After two days, his body was handed over to his family and was buried in Kermanshah.
  98. Farjad Darvishi, 23, was from the Balu village in Orumiyeh. He was shot and killed by anti-riot forces during a protest rally in the Valiasr neighbourhood of Orumiyeh on 20 September.
  99. Zakariya Khiyal was a 16 years old child from Piranshahr. He was killed by anti-riot forces on the streets of Piranshahr on 20 September.
  100. Samad Barginia, 52, was from Piranshahr. He was shot by Iranian armed forces during the recent public protests on 20 September. He died on 28 September due to the severity of his injuries at Khomeini Hospital in Orumiyeh.

  102. Reza Lotfi, who was from Dehgolan, was shot and killed by anti-riot forces on 19 September during protests in the city.
  103. Mohsen Mohammadi was from Divandarreh and was wounded by anti-riot forces on 19 September during protests in the city. He died the next day due to the severity of his injuries in Kowsar Hospital in Sanandaj.
  104. Foad Ghadimi, 39, was from Divandarreh and the father of two children. He was injured on 19 September during the popular protests in the city and died after being hospitalized for two days at Kowsar Hospital in Sanandaj.
