The Intelligence Organisation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) raided an atelier in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, on 21 January, and while insulting the manager and employees, the officers destroyed the equipment and confiscated the belongings of the manager and the office.
The mobile phone of Galawezh Ahmadi, the manager of Azhin atelier, and the computer and hard disks of the workshop were among the items confiscated.
On 25 January, the Branch 2 of the Investigation Department of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office in Kurdistan province told Ahmadi that they had issued the raid order on the atelier.
The prosecutor’s office also accused Ahmadi of “acting against national security”, “spreading lies” and “communication with the dissident media organisations”.
It was the second time in a year that Revolutionary Guard intelligence officers raided Ahmadi’s workplace and destroyed the equipment in her office.
