Iran executed Ali Morovvat Karami, a prisoner from Kermanshah sentenced to death on drug-related charges, in Karaj Central Penitentiary on 29 October.
Karami, who had been imprisoned since his arrest on drug-related charges almost four years ago, was transferred to solitary confinement for execution on 26 October.
Two other prisoners were reportedly executed at the same time in Karaj Central Penitentiary. However, their identities have yet to be confirmed.
