Ministry of Intelligence forces raided the village of Deyvaznav in Sarvabad, Kurdistan Province, on the morning of 5 November and arrested four civilians, including a 15-year-old boy, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned.

“In the early hours of Tuesday 5 November 2024, dozens of agents from the Ministry of Intelligence stormed the village of Deyvaznav in Sarvabad and arrested Jafar Ardalan, aged 40; Mohammad Karimi, aged 31; Hamid Salehinezhad, aged 27; and Sina Asadi Hakim, aged 15,” a resident of the village told KHRN.

According to this source, the intelligence agents forcibly arrested the four people without presenting any warrants.
