Kurdish civil rights activist Seyran Khosravi, who was arrested last week in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province, continues to be detained in the city’s Juvenile Detention Centre.
The Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned that Khosravi is taken daily to the Ministry of Intelligence’s detention centre for interrogation and returned to the prison at night.
The activist was arrested without a warrant when Ministry of Intelligence agents raided her home in Sanandaj on 19 November.
Since her arrest, the activist has been denied family visits and legal counsel.
