Shir-Ali Tarkesh-Band, a prisoner from Sahneh, Kermanshah Province, was executed for drug-related offences on 27 November in Lakan Prison in Rasht, Gilan Province.
Tarkesh-Band, 55, was arrested about four years ago on drug trafficking charges and later sentenced to death.
