Iranian forces have arrested a Kurdish teacher and a journalist in Oshnavieh and Sanandaj, western Iran, on 30-31 January, as part of the ongoing wave of arrests of the Kurdish civilians and activists, sources have told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN).
The two Kurdish activist were taken to unknown locations.
On 31 January, the intelligence agency forces detained Mahmoud Mahmoudi, the editor of the weekly published Agrin Rozh, in Sanandaj and searched his house.
Separately, on 30 January, security forces arrested Aziz Qadertaj, an elementary school teacher in the village of Nazriveh of Oshnavieh.
In the past four days, at least 11 Kurdish civilians and activists have been detained by security forces in the city of Oshnavieh and taken to unknown locations
