Iranian security forces have detained two Kurdish civilians named Mohammad Fadavi and Rahmatollah Salehian in the village of Malqarani in Saqqez, Kurdistan province, on 5 December.
The detentions are part of the recent arrest wave of Kurdish civilians and activists in the province.
Reportedly, security forces raided and searched the houses of the civilians before arresting them.
The arrests were made without a court order. The charges against the civilians are also unknown.
Since the beginning of the wave of arrests, security forces have detained five Kurdish civilians in the village of Malqarani in Saqqez alone.
On 11 November, the Ministry of Intelligence launched a fresh wave of arrests of Kurdish civilians and activists. So far, the ministry has detained at least 38 people in Baneh, Saqez, Marivan, and Sanandaj in Kurdistan province.
