Iranian security forces arrested five Kurdish civilians identified as Anvar Peyghami, Hiva Mirzaei, Zaher Moradi, Arash Piri, and Hakim Mirzaei in Oshnavieh, West Azerbaijan province, on 14 August.
The detained civilians were taken to an undisclosed location.
Reportedly, security forces simultaneously raided the homes of these civilians without providing a court order. While searching the houses, they confiscated some of the civilians’ personal belongings.
There is no information about the reason for the arrest and the whereabouts of the detained individuals.
