Civilian Dler Mardoukhi, who was detained by security forces on 10 February in Marivan, Kurdistan province, remains in custody without the right to legal counsel or family visits.
Mardoukhi has made several short phone calls with his family since his arrest and told them he did not know where he was being held, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned.
There is no information about the reason for the civilian’s arrest or the charges brought against him.
