Iranian security forces have arrested civilians Mokhtar Menbari and Milad Nasri in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, in recent days and taken them to an undisclosed location.
On 31 May, security forces raided Nasri’s family home in Sanandaj and arrested him during a search of the house.
Also on 29 May, Menbari, from the village of Niyar in Sanandaj, was detained by security forces at the entrance to the city.
The civilians were arrested without a warrant, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned.
There is no information on the whereabouts of the detained civilians or the charges brought against them.
