During the past few days, two Kurdish detainees from Shno city (also known in Farsi as Oshnavieh) were transferred from the IRGC Detention Centre to Orumiyeh Central Prison.
According to the Kurdistan Human Rights Network, on Monday, 04 September 2017, two kurdish citizens of Shnei (Shanno) including Kamran Musazadeh and Fakhredin Erassi were transferred to the Orumiyeh Central Prison after 20 days of detention in the detention centre affiliated with Intelligence Department of Orumiyeh IRGC.
The two Kurdish citizens were arrested on 23 August 2017 by the IRGC intelligence forces on charges of cooperating with one of the Kurdish parties and then they were transferred to the detention centre affiliated with the Intelligence Department of the military-security organization of IRGC in Orumiyeh.
Authorities of Orumiyeh Central Prison, these two detainees were transferred to wards 3 and 4 of the ordinary crimes cells.
In the past month, officers of Orumiyeh Intelligence and IRGC forces have arrested at least ten Kurdish citizens in this area on the pretext of cooperating with one of the Kurdish parties
