Arrest
Kurdish civilian Amanj Ahmadi was arrested by security forces in the village of Rashidabad in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 16 September 2024.
Defendant’s Rights
He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.
Current Status
Ahmadi is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province.
