Arrest
Aram Mabzouleh, a Kurdish civilian from the village of Beyram in Mahabad, West Azerbaijan Province, was arrested by Ministry of Intelligence agents in the village on 15 December 2024.
Defendant’s Rights
He was arrested without a warrant and was denied family visits and access to legal representation.
Current Status
After initial interrogation, Mabzouleh was transferred to Mahabad Prison and released on bail on 12 April 2025.
