Arrest
Hemin Ebrahimi, a Kurdish civilian from Kamyaran, Kurdistan Province, was arrested by the Intelligence Organisation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) at his home in the city on 26 February 2025.
Defendant’s Rights
He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.
Despite his family’s repeated attempts to obtain information about his fate, security and judicial authorities have refused to provide any clarification regarding his situation.
Current Status
Ebrahimi is being held in the Shahramfar detention centre of IRGC’s Intelligence Organisation in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province.
