Kurdish civilian Khalil Asghari was arrested in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 19 September 2024.
Defendant’s Rights
He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.
Current Status
Asghari is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province.
