Mohammad Amini, a Kurdish civilian, was arrested by security forces in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 8 September 2024.
Defendant’s Rights
He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.
Current Status
Amini is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province.
