Arrest
Rashed Advaei, a Kurdish civilian from the village of Selin in Sarvabad, Kurdistan Province, was arrested by security forces at his home in the village on 9 September 2024.
Defendant’s Rights
He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.
Current Status
Advaei is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Marivan.
