Arrest
Shno Mohammadi, a Kurdish civilian from Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province, was arrested by Ministry of Intelligence forces in the city on 23 March 2025, along with her husband, Saheb (Arivan) Shakeri.
Defendant’s Rights
She was arrested without a warrant and was denied family visits and access to legal representation during her detention.
Current Status
After initial interrogation, Mohammadi was transferred to the Juvenile Detention Centre of Sanandaj and released on bail on 29 March 2025.
