Sina Mohammadi is a sociology student from Bolbanabad in Dehgolan County in Kurdistan Province and a member of the Jiyar social association in Dehgolan.
Arrest
Mohammadi was arrested at his home in Bolbanabad on 18 September 2024 by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence.
Defendant’s Rights
The activist was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied the right to meet with his family or have access to a lawyer.
Current Status
Mohammadi is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province.
