Arrest  Kurdish civilian Amanj Ahmadi was arrested by security forces in the village of Rashidabad in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 16 September 2024.  Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Ahmadi is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Pouria Hosseini, a 16-year-old Kurdish child, was arrested by security forces in the village of Rashidabad in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 16 September 2024.  Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Hosseini is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Kurdish civilian Mani Mohammadi was arrested by security forces in the village of Tabriz Khatun in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 17 September 2024.  Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Mohammadi is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Kurdish civilian Salah Fathi was arrested by security forces in the village of Rashidabad in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 17 September 2024.  Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Fathi is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Kurdish civilian Khalil Asghari was arrested in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 19 September 2024.  Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Asghari is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Mohammad Amini, a Kurdish civilian, was arrested by security forces in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 8 September 2024.    Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Amini is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Foad Moradi, a Kurdish civilian, was arrested by security forces in the village of Kileh Kabud in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 8 September 2024.    Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Moradi is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Navid Sharifi, a Kurdish civilian, was arrested by security forces in the village of Kani Spi in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 8 September 2024.    Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Sharifi is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province. 

Arrest  Farhad Ghamari, a Kurdish civilian, was arrested by security forces in Divandarreh, Kurdistan Province, on 8 September 2024.    Defendant’s Rights  He was arrested without a warrant and has since been denied family visits and access to legal representation.  Current Status  Ghamari is being held in the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province.
