Woman prisoner dies due to poisoning in Iran’s Sanandaj

Poisoned woman prisoner Ameneh Ahmadi died on 26 February at the Juvenile Detention Centre of Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, after she was denied access to proper medical treatment in a hospital outside the prison. The Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned that Ahmadi got poisoned for "unknown" reasons three days before her death.
