Iran executes four prisoners for murder-related charges in Orumiyeh
Prisoners Mozhgan Azar-Pisheh, Kosar Baghernezhad, Arshad Farzadband and Hamed Faraji were executed in Orumiyeh Central Prison on 16 March for "premeditated murder". The four prisoners, who were convicted in separate cases, were transferred to solitary confinement on 15 March in preparation for their executions.
