Iran executes two prisoners for drug-related charges in Orumiyeh
Death row prisoners Jafar Mohammadpour and Ghobad Farhadpour were executed on 9 June in Orumiyeh Central Prison, in north-west Iran, on drug-related charges. On 8 June, the two prisoners were transferred to solitary confinement for execution, along with a woman prisoner, Parvin Mousavi.
