Kurdish prisoner dies in police custody amid torture allegations

Kamran Kazemi, a 38-year-old Kurdish man from Kermanshah, Kermanshah Province, died in suspicious circumstances in recent weeks at the Criminal Investigation Department detention centre in Orumiyeh, West Azerbaijan Province.
