Iran executes prisoner for murder-related charges in Karaj

Mehran Nasri-Zar, a prisoner from Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province, was executed today in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, Alborz Province. In recent days, Nasri-Zar was transferred to solitary confinement in preparation for his execution.
