Detained Kurdish civilians Mohammad Obaid Haghighiyan and Pouya Rostamipour were released on bail over the past few days from Sanandaj Central Prison in Kurdistan province, north-western Iran. Mohammad Obaid Haghighiyan, a former employee at the Sanandaj courthouse, in Kurdistan province, was arrested by security forces in Sanandaj on 5 February. The civilian has been taken to an undisclosed location. Haghighian's detention location and the charges brought against him remain unknown.
