Wounded, tortured detainee in critical condition in Iran’s Mahabad
The health condition of a veterinarian from Mahabad, West Azerbaijan province, named Peyman Golabi, who was injured and arrested by Iranian security forces on 12 October, is reported to be critical. Golabi is currently held in the detention centre of the Intelligence Organisation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Mahabad without the right to access medical services.
