Five Years in Prison for a Civilian Detained During November Protests
Kurdish civilian Rasoul Karimi has been sentenced to 5 years in prison by Branch 1 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Kermanshah on charges of "acting against national security.”, a reliable source told the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN). Rasoul Karimi was arrested by law enforcement officers during protests in Kermanshah in November 2019 and released on bail after four months.
