Ministry of Intelligence arrests Kurdish activist in Saqqez

Iranian Ministry of Intelligence today arrested Kurdish civil rights activist Sherko Hejazi in Saqqez, Kurdistan Province and took him to an undisclosed location. Hejazi, who is also the chairman of the football association in Saqqez, was beaten by security forces on a street close to his workplace during his arrest.
