Iran border guards shoot dead Kurdish tradesman in Baneh

Iranian border forces shot dead Kurdish tradesman Yaghoub Abbasi in the border areas of Baneh, Kurdistan province, on 18 April, the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned.
