Iranian security forces detained Srwa Pour-Mohammadi, a member of the Nozhin Socio-Cultural Association in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, on 29 January and took her to an undisclosed location.

The civil rights activist was arrested while pursuing the cases of three other detained members of the organisation at the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj.

In the past two months, security forces arrested three members of the Nozhin Socio-Cultural Association, Soma Pour-Mohammadi, Seyvan Ebrahimi and Edris Menbari, in Sanandaj and took them to the Ministry of Intelligence detention facility in the city.
