Detained Kurdish civilians remain in custody without legal rights

Kurdish civilians and activists Abdollah Rahnavard, Hossein Saed-Mucheshi, Hamed Amini, and Rashad Parvizi, who were arrested by security forces in February, remain detained in detention facilities in Sanandaj, Kurdistan Province.
