Iran protests: Anti-riot forces kill three civilians in Ilam, Eslamabad-e Gharb

Iranian anti-riot forces killed at least three civilians during the protests held over the killing of Mahsa (Zhina) Amini in Ilam and Eslamabad-e Gharb on the evening of 21 September.
