Iran security forces arrest five Kurdish woman activists in Sanandaj
Iranian security forces detained five Kurdish woman activists named Faranak Rafiei, Baran Saedi, Mahrou Hedayati, Azadeh Jamaati and Bahar Zangiband in Sanandaj, Kurdistan province, in the past few days. The activists were taken to undisclosed locations. On 19 September, security forces raided Saedi's house and arrested her without presenting a court order.
