Prisoner executed for drug-related offences in Iran’s Rasht
Prisoner Jalaladdin Rahimian-Azar, sentenced to death on drug-related charges, was executed in Rasht Central Prison in northern Iran on 4 May. Rahimian-Azar, 23, from Mahabad, West Azerbaijan province, was arrested several years ago and sentenced to death.
