Nine Prisoners Hanged on Drug-related Charges in Mashhad and Taybad
Five prisoners in Mashhad Central Prison and Four prisoners in Taybad Prison were hanged on drug-related charges on Monday, Nov 6, 2017. Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has identified the four executed detainees in Mashhad Central Prison as Hassan Yaghoubi from Mashhad, Hassan Haji Abadi from Birjand, Shahreza Hassan Zadeh from Nishabour and Yousef Bagheban from Zahedan.
