Prisoner executed for murder-related charges in Kermanshah

Prisoner Obaid Mahmoudi was executed for murder-related charges in Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah, Kermanshah Province, on 13 December. The prisoner was transferred to solitary confinement for execution in recent days. Mahmoudi, a father of one child from the village of Quri Qaleh in Ravansar, Kermanshah Province, was arrested and sentenced to death in October 2021 on charges of "premeditated murder" of a woman.
