Security forces raided the house of a Kurdish civilian named Younes Haji Aliani in Kermanshah, western Iran, on 10 November, and detained his father Hossein Haji Aliani after they did not find him at home.
The security forces told the family that the 58-year-old father would be held in custody until Younes Haji Aliani presents himself.
Reportedly, the security forces did not have any court order with them at the time of the raid in the Shariati neighbourhood.
