Kurdish civilians Rebwar Charekdari, Jalal Ghaderzadeh, Farhad Maroufi, Shamzin Mohammadi, and Dler Shah-Mohammadi, have been temporarily released on bail in the past few days.

On 2 August, security forces arrested Rebwar Charekdari, Jalal Ghaderzadeh, and Farhad Maroufi in Oshnavieh in West Azerbaijan province.

They took the civilians to the detention centre of the Ministry of Intelligence in Orumiyeh, West Azerbaijan province.

On 21 August, they were taken to Oshnavieh Prison after their interrogation in the intelligence ministry.

The three prisoners were then released on bail on 25 August.

Separately, on 27 July, security forces arrested Shamzin Mohammadi in Bukan, West Azerbaijan province.

He has been released on bail from Bukan Prison on 23 August.

Also, last week, Kurdish civil rights activist Dler Shah-Mohammadi was temporarily released on bail after 53 days in the detention centre of the intelligence ministry in Sanandaj.

Security forces arrested Shah-Mohammadi on 24 June in Divandarreh, Kurdistan province.

The KHRN has not yet received information on the charges against these civilians.
