The Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has become a member of the Impact Iran coalition, following approval of its formal application by coalition members.
Impact Iran is a coalition of 19 non-governmental organisations committed to advocating for human rights and driving positive change in Iran. Their coalition represents a diverse group of passionate individuals and organisations committed to amplifying the voices of Iranian civil society on the global stage.
The KHRN, registered as a non-government and non-profit organisation in France in 2014, focuses its activities on education, promotion of human rights principles and values, as well as reporting and documenting human rights violations in Kurdistan/Iran, without any political affiliation.
In this regard, the website and official social media accounts and channels of the KHRN are active in three languages: Kurdish, Persian, and English.
Since 2017, the KHRN has been a member of the World Coalition Against the Death Penalty and has collaborated extensively with international organisations, including ACLED, in documenting human rights abuses.
