Siavash Javan, a civilian of Orumieh, was released from Orumiyeh Central Prison on bail of 500 million Tomans, an informed source told the Kurdistan human rights network (KHRN).
He was arrested by security forces on October 31, along with two other civilians, Farshad Fattahi and Behzad Talaei, on charges of “membership in Salafi groups.” Javan was transferred to Orumieh Central Prison after 17 days of interrogation at the ministry of intelligence detention centre in Orumieh.
