Iran court condemns Kurdish activist to seven months in jail
Branch 1 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Baneh, Kurdistan province, has sentenced social media activist Ebrahim Shouriani to seven months in prison. The court has charged Shouriani, also known by the nickname Shoresh, with “propaganda activities against the Islamic Republic by publishing images and content online”.
