A prisoner was executed on murder charges at Khoy Prison yesterday morning on July 12. Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has identified the prisoner as Babak Bolooghi, 24 years old from Khoy. The prisoner was arrested three years ago on the accusation of murder. The national media have not announced the news of the execution of this prisoner.
