Iranian security forces arrested a Kurdish civilian named Yasser Mangouri on 17 July in Piranshahr, West Azerbaijan province. They have taken him to an undisclosed location, sources told the KHRN.
The KHRN has not yet received information on the detention location of the civilian.
According to statistics compiled by the Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN), in June, security forces arrested at least 28 civilians, activists, former political prisoners, and former Kurdish party members in the provinces of West Azerbaijan, Kurdistan, and Kermanshah.
