Peyman Ahmadi, a 35-year-old kolbar from Javanrud in Kermanshah Province, was shot and killed by Iranian border guards in the Nowsud border area of Kermanshah Province on 23 March.
The Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) has learned that Ahmadi was fatally shot at close range and without warning.
Ahmadi’s body has been taken to a medical facility in Nowsud, but has not yet been released to his family.
