A 15-year-old child kolbar died of frostbite, while three other kolbars, including a 16-year-old child, were shot dead by Iranian border guards in the border areas of Kurdistan and Kermanshah provinces on 24 March.
Hastiyar Abdolkarimi, a 15-year-old kolbar from Divandarreh in Kurdistan Province, died of frostbite on 24 March in the Mishaw border area of Saqqez, Kurdistan Province.
Residents of the border area discovered the body of the child kolbar on 25 March.
On the same day as Abdolkarimi’s disappearance, three other Kolbars were injured by gunfire from Iranian border guards in separate incidents.
Milad Hosseini, a 16-year-old child kolbar, from Divandarreh, was shot in Marivan in Kurdistan Province, while Arvin Haghani from Saqqez and Jamil Abdi from Javanrud, Kermanshah Province, suffered were wounded in Baneh, Kurdistan Province, and Nowsud, Kermanshah Province, respectively.
