Parastoo Mirza’i, a Kurdish civilian from Sanandaj, was arrested by the security forces following a telephone summons to the headquarters of the Sanandaj Intelligence Bureau.
Kurdistan Human Rights Network (KHRN) informed that Parastoo Mirza’i was arrested on Nov 3, 2018 after she was asked over a phone call to present herself to the headquarters of the Sanandaj Intelligence Bureau, from where she was taken to the Intelligence Ministry’s Detention facility in the city of Sanandaj.
Parasto Mirzaei’s husband, Zanyar Dabbaghian (a well-known activist in Sanandaj) was detained by security forces in his own house earlier this month on Monday, Oct 8, 2018, and was transferred to the Intelligence Ministry’s detention facility in the city of Sanandaj.
