A Kurdish environmental activist ‘Dler Khosravi’ who was transferred to the Ministry of Intelligence detention centre in Sanandaj last week after a month of interrogation, has been taken to an unknown location since Saturday, April 12.
The Sanandaj Revolutionary Court had previously issued a bail of 200 million Tomans for his release.
In the past few days, following the enquiries made by the detainee’s family, Sanandaj prison officials announced that he had been transferred to an intelligence detention centre in Sanandaj.
Dler Khosravi, a member of “Green Society of Kurdistan”, was arrested on Sunday, March 1, 2020, by security forces at his family home in the village of “Zanan” of Sanandaj city and was transferred to the detention centre.
Khosravi had previously been arrested in 2007 on charges of collaboration with a Kurdish opposition party but he was released a few months later.
